EP #15 Rob Griggs, founder/SVP Macromedia & EVP Corum Group “Post-Covid M&A: Buying & Selling Private Equity Assets”
Hello!
Finally, my favorite kind of Sunday morning, doing some light work listening to the birds sing.
In this latest podcast episode, we are joined by Rob Griggs, the former CEO of Macromedia and Executive Vice President of Corum Group. The conversation focuses on private equity and strategic capital acquisitions in the post-pandemic mergers and acquisitions world.
I am always excited to talk to Rob, I’ve learned so much from him through the years as a mentor and model of “doing it right”.
A bit of history, I was in the beta testing team for Macromedia for the launch of Flash in the market. And they quoted my testimonial on the side of the retail box (when we still sold software that way) for Flash 1.0.
